The Gallery Dept. Flare Sweatpant is one of the brand's most distinctive silhouettes — a cotton-jersey trouser that narrows through the thigh before flaring significantly below the knee, creating a dramatic, 1970s-influenced proportional statement. Made from fleece-back cotton-jersey that has been washed for additional softness, the fabric has a substantial, tactile quality suited to the generous cut.

Each pair is hand-painted with Gallery Dept.'s signature paint splatter at the studio in Los Angeles — applied by artisans and therefore unique to each garment. The GD ENGLISH logotype is screen-printed on the leg, and an elasticated waistband with a drawstring delivers a personalised fit. Side pockets complete the build. No two pairs are precisely alike.
